Sure, our products are made using natural ingredients that are mild and very soothing. We don't use harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or artificial additives, which are bad for people with sensitive skin. But regardless, we recommend a patch test before trying out any new product.

3. Are your products cruelty-free?

Certainly! Opure Limited is a cruelty-free brand. We don’t sell any products that involve employing animal testing, nor do we work with suppliers that practice animal testing.

4. Do you have more information about international shipping?

5. How can my order be tracked?

Tracking is made possible through a notification message sent through an email that is received after an order is shipped. It is done so by using a tracking number, which can also be used on the respective carrier’s website.

6. What’s your refund and return policy?

We have developed a return and exchange policy to ensure that every client who purchases something from us is completely satisfied with the transaction. In case someone is not satisfied with what they have bought, they have a period of 30 days in which they can return the purchased item to the seller for a refund. Yes, Pure Himalayan Shilajit items and their expiration dates are clearly labelled on their containers.
